Replacement Policy
At Label by Mahi, we offer replacement only. Returns and refunds are not available.
Replacement Window
- Replacement requests must be raised within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery.
- Requests raised after 2 days will not be eligible for replacement.
Eligibility
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Replacement is subject to stock availability of the same product.
- Customized or altered products are not eligible for replacement.
